NOI LOST F Series is a high-performance flying-form oil developed for use in the pressing, cutting, punching, and stamping of metal sheets. Applied by spraying onto the metal surface, the product forms a thin, uniform oil film on the surface during processing, helping the die operate more smoothly and enabling the metal to be formed in a controlled manner.

It is particularly suitable for the press-cutting and forming of aluminum, stainless steel (inox), and other metal sheets. By helping to reduce friction during high-pressure pressing and forming operations, it helps minimize the risk of tearing, breaking, scratching, and deformation on the metal surface. It also ensures a more stable production process by controlling friction between the die and the metal surface.

One of the most important features of the NOI LOST F Series is its volatile, low-residue formulation. Thanks to its low-viscosity hydrocarbon- or ester-based carrier formulation, the oil film remaining on the surface after application evaporates and dissipates within a certain period of time. As a result, it leaves minimal residue on the surface after pressing, cutting, or coating processes, facilitating the transition to subsequent production stages.
